Small-size class that focuses on pro-Tools and home-recording using an M-Box.

4. Advanced Recording Technology
Very small class that will meet off-campus for hands-on studio experience.

5. Finale Fluency
Work on scores for your Academy ensembles while mastering this computer program.

For students entering grades 7-12 + entering college freshman (pending audition).

The SoundLab is the Academy's large ensemble. Conducted by Dean Ben McIntosh, it consists of a mix of advanced students and faculty members. This diverse group primarily plays world premieres - works written specifically for this ensemble that meld the sounds of jazz, free improv and contemporary classical.

The music program launched the Academy of Creative Education when it began in 2003. Since then, our commitment to the creation and production of new musical works has only deepened.
